AF WATT BIKE

The Watt Bike is the elite athletes secret tool.

Boost your performance, maximise your fitness, develop strength and stamina. Leave no margin for error when it comes to measuring your performance.

An indoor bike which replicates the smooth feel of the road and measures your performance with precise, intelligent data. Improve your power, speed and performance using Wattbike’s accurate data to analyse over 40 parameters about your riding.

The class is in its own studio with real time feedback linked to the studio’s screens allow you to pit your performance against fellow riders as well as being able to scrutinise your own training following workouts created in your personalised zones by our experienced AF coaches.

An energising mix of high intensity intervals, endurance and strength let our WattBike classes power your workout and take your fitness to the next level.

OUR WATT BIKE CLASSES:

WATT GRIT – if you like spinning then this is the class for you! Our class is a mixture of high intensity sprints, conditioning blocks that help you burn calories galore!

WATT FIRE is a mixture of using the WATT bike and various pieces of equipment on the AF Gym Floor in a circuit. This class is not for the feint hearted.
